• Review the difference between Chapter 7/13 and Chapter 11
• Discuss the end game of a Chapter 11 filing (i.e. liquidation or reorganization)
• Review timing and procedure of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy with particular attention to some of the practical and timing issues that will come up from a paralegal’s perspective
• Case studies of both a small and large company
