Speaker:  Paul Rapp, Esq.

Topic:  Entertainment Law

Paul Rapp is an intellectual property lawyer, writer, and artists’ advocate who lives and works in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. Rapp represents artists of all types and businesses in the creative economy, specializing in copyright, trademark, internet, and contract law.  Paul has taught art & entertainment law at both the undergrad and law school levels. He’s also the drummer for the legendary rock band Blotto (“I Wanna Be A Lifeguard”). Paul will talk about his entertainment law practice, and discuss the key areas of expertise and the types of interpersonal dynamics that the practice involves.

Please note that your RSVP/registration is binding.  Cancellations must be received via email at CDPA.CLE@gmail.com by Friday, May 13, 2016, at 5:00 p.m.  Any no shows or late cancellations are obligated, under CDPA rules, to reimburse the cost to CDPA’s Treasurer before the end of the month of the scheduled CLE.  Failure to reimburse CDPA will result in the denial of RSVPs/registration for any future CDPA sponsored programs or events until payment is received.
