Member Attendee - Offline Payment – $10.00

You must login to the website in order to choose this option. This option is for current CDPA members who will pay with credit card or PayPal. Please note that a non-refundable $2.50 online payment-processing fee has been added to the total fee.
Non-Member Attendee - Offline Payment – $25.00
Anyone who is not currently a CDPA member and who will pay with cash, check, or money order. If you choose this option and later pay with credit card or Paypal, you will be billed for the $2.50 online payment-processing fee.
Non-Member Attendee - Online Payment – $27.50
Anyone who is not currently a CDPA member and who will pay with credit card or Paypal. Please note that a non-refundable $2.50 online payment-processing fee has been added to the total fee.

This option is for vendors who would like to pay with check, money order, or cash. If you would like to pay via credit card or PayPal, there is an additional fee of $2.50, and you will need to contact CDPA.Webmaster@gmail.com to change your payment type.
Vendor - Online Payment – $52.50
The fee entitles vendors to table space and one attendee, dinner included. Additional attendees are $25.00 per person.

This option is for vendors who would like to pay with credit card/PayPal. An additional $2.50 processing fee is included in this price.

If a membership is renewed/applied for and the membership dues payment is received at or before the event, then the attendee will only be charged the member price. If you plan on mailing in your application and payment, please do so at least 10 days before the event.

Please note that your registration is binding. Cancellations must be received via email at CDPA.Events@gmail.com by September 17, 2016. Any no-shows or late cancellations are obligated to the full $25.00 registration fee, regardless of membership status.
